Requirements:*
* 3+ years of experience as a Travel Agent preferably in a B2B environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of global destinations, geography, and industry systems
* Proficiency with major computer reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport Galileo)
* Strong task management, documentation, and communication skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
* Provide travel solutions and post sales service to clients (B2B agents) based on their unique needs and preferences.
* Utilize computer reservation systems and your extensive destination knowledge to recommend and book optimal travel arrangements
* Address client enquiries promptly and record interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Facilitate post-booking modifications such as reissuing tickets, processing refunds, and managing ancillary services
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Finance, Technical, and Suppliers to ensure seamless operations
* Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
* Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
