Job Description

• *Provide travel solutions, and post-sales service to clients based on their unique needs and preferences.

  • * Booking flights, hotels, travel insurance, and providing visa assistance for clients.

  * Facilitate post-booking modifications such as reissuing tickets, processing refunds, and managing ancillary services. Qualifications:

Role and Responsibility

• Key Responsibilities:
    Proficient in handling reservations and efficiently managing GDS.
  • Provide travel solutions, post sales service to clients based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Booking flights, hotels, travel insurance and providing visa assistance for clients.
  • Facilitate post-booking modifications such as reissuing tickets, processing refunds and managing ancillary services.Qualifications:
  • Airline GDS Systems experience: Proficiency in Amadeus (Sabre & Galileo optional)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global destinations, World Geography.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of Travel agency experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
