• As a reservations Executive: 

  you will be responsible for Planning and executing corporate Travel plans for clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. 

  Your role involves managing all aspects of tour operations, from travel planning to coordination with vendors and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  Requirements for this position: 

  1- Positive attitude 

  2. Good verbal and writing communication skills ( English ) 

  3. Adaptable and willing to learn, planning, prioritization, and accountability.

Role and Responsibility

• Responsible for communicating with the clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and expectations and provide personalized recommendations regarding destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics, preparing competitive proposals/quotations promptly and professionally based on client preferences and budget, and securing the bookings.

Job Qualification

• Graduation in Travel and Tourism with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
