Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and reservations, providing exceptional customer service, managing travel bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the sales team and work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide expert guidance.

  Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  • Knowledge of Ticket issuance, refund
  • Experience in reservations and ticketing
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry
  • Sales skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency in relevant reservation systems
  • Experience with flight, visa, and hotel bookings
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of international destinations and travel regulations

Role and Responsibility

• Must have indepth knowledge of GDS system for finding sectors, creation of PNR's, issuance, re-issue, cancellation, refund.

  Must have knowledge of NDC fares & friendly with online portals of LCC airlines related ticket issuances.
