Job Description
  •  

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR and Administration Generalist to join our newly opened office in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, MIS, and the smooth execution of administrative tasks.

    Candidates must demonstrate the following qualities: 

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

    Understanding of basic labor laws and payroll. 

    Effective time management and attention to detail. 

    Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and One Drive. 

    Ability to build trust through effective communication with employees and external stakeholders.

     


Role and Responsibility
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to find suitable hires.

    Manage employee onboarding, including reference checks, document collection, offer letters, and travel arrangements. 

    Oversee recruitment vendor relationships and ensure timely invoice submissions to Finance. 

    Create and maintain employee files for proper data management. 

    Prepare employee communications, such as confirmation and bank account opening letters. 

    Track attendance and leave schedules, coordinating with Finance for payroll. 

    Arrange SIM cards for employees and maintain associated records. 

    Obtain quotes for office supplies, manage pantry inventory, and coordinate payments with Finance. 

    Handle employee severance processes in compliance with HR policies.

    Support the Head of Finance and Admin in all processes from onboarding to severance.

    Manage employee relations and grievances, escalating issues to the Head of HR and Admin as needed.

    Maintain confidentiality in handling employee matters and compensation data.

    Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 

    Identify areas for performance improvement in HR and Admin functions.


Job Qualification
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
