You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements and curating exceptional holiday experiences tailored to their needs.

Role and Responsibility

• Key Responsibilities:

  Client Engagement: Interact with direct clients to comprehend their travel preferences and requirements, providing personalized travel solutions.

  Itinerary Creation: Develop comprehensive travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, activities, and local experiences, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

  Flight Booking & Ticketing: Manage flight reservations, including ticketing, modifications, and cancellations, while ensuring the best options are presented to clients.

  Visa Assistance: Assist clients with visa applications and related documentation, ensuring they understand the necessary processes and requirements.

  Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about popular travel destinations, attractions, and local cultures to offer insightful advice to clients.

  Hotel Reservations: Coordinate hotel bookings based on client preferences and budget, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.

  Problem-Solving: Address any client concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the travel experience.

  Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to promote travel packages and services, contributing to achieving sales targets.

Job Qualification

• -Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

  -1-2 years of experience in the travel industry focusing on client interaction and itinerary planning.

  -Proficient in ticketing systems and booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).

  -Strong understanding of visa processes and requirements.

  -Excellent English reading and writing skills.

  -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  -Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks.

  -Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
