Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the travel industry. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, providing potential and existing customers with information about travel packages, offers, and services. Your role will involve answering inquiries, making outbound calls to prospects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Role and Responsibility

- Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote travel packages, holiday offers, and travel-related services.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding destinations, tour packages, hotel bookings, flights, and other travel-related services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert leads into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel packages, destinations, and promotions to effectively communicate details to customers.
- Customer Support: Assist with booking inquiries, cancellations, rescheduling, and resolve any travel-related issues in a timely manner.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales through the company’s CRM system.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and identify new sales opportunities.

Job Qualification
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Graduate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required] (English, Hindi, or any regional language is preferred).
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
