• Job Description
  We are looking for a detail-oriented Tour operations cum Reservation Executive to assist our customers with their booking needs. The individual will be required to provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, booking rooms and tickets etc. The job also requires the individual to meet and assist the clients on the ground and if needed to travel with them. An ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills.

Role and Responsibility

• ● Checking the availability of accommodation transportation, etc. and making reservations for the same.
  ● Processing payments and sending confirmation details.
  ● Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
  ● Interacting with customers to help choose from a variety of travel options and processing the bookings, answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
  ● Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  ● Providing support to customers while they are on travel.
  ● Receiving customers at airport/railway station.
  ● Managing smooth functioning of operations of tours on the ground including adventure tours.

Job Qualification

• Requirements:

  ● Graduate. Degree/diploma in tourism vertical is preferred.
  ● 1-2 years of prior experience working in the travel industry. Adventure experience is preferred.
  ● Customer-service experience.
  ●  Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  ●  Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  ●  Proficient in MS office.
  ●  Flexible working hours.
