On behalf of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager from the travel industry to oversee and streamline their travel operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings, flight reservations, and visa processes, along with strong team management and customer service skills. The role requires fluency in English (written and spoken), excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Role and Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Operations Management:
- Handle FIT bookings, ensuring smooth itinerary planning and execution.
- Manage flight reservations and coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and vendors.
- Process visa applications efficiently and stay updated on visa policies and requirements for various countries.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of travel documents (tickets, visas, hotel vouchers, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
2. Customer Service & Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer queries related to flights, visas, and bookings professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by handling travel-related issues, rescheduling, and cancellations.
3. Team Handling & Training:
- Lead and supervise the operations team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Train and mentor team members on booking systems, visa processing, and customer service best practices.
- Allocate responsibilities within the team and monitor daily tasks for smooth workflow.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of bookings, visa applications, and client interactions for reference and compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports on operational performance, cost management, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
5. Technology & MS Office Proficiency:
- Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reports, communication, and presentations.
- Work with travel software, booking engines, and CRM tools for efficiency.
Job Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the travel industry with a focus on FIT bookings, flights, and visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of global travel regulations, visa requirements, and GDS
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) for professional client interactions.
- Team management experience with the ability to lead and mentor staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling luxury travel or corporate travel is a plus.
- Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Online B2B travel systems is desirable.
