We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and vendor payments within the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling invoices, reconciliations, GST calculations, and financial reporting for a travel agency or tour operator.

✅ Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
Process payments, refunds, commissions, and reimbursements related to bookings.
Handle accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
✅ Bank & Vendor Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements, supplier invoices, and customer payments.
Work closely with hotels, airlines, and DMCs for payment settlements.
Resolve any discrepancies in transactions or accounts.
✅ Taxation & Compliance
Ensure GST calculations, TDS deductions, and compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and submit financial statements, tax filings, and reports.
Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.
✅ Financial Reporting & Analysis
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide insights on profitability, revenue trends, and cost control.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
✅ Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to track booking payments.
Assist in pricing strategies by providing cost analysis for holiday packages.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA in Finance).
✔ 2+ years experience in accounting, preferably in the travel industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and travel-related taxation.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP).
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced travel business.
