Job Description
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive/Manager to manage and coordinate tour packages, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry, with expertise in itinerary planning, vendor coordination, and customer service.


Role and Responsibility
  • ✅ Holiday Package Management
    Design, customize, and manage domestic & international holiday packages.
     Ensure competitive pricing and maintain high-quality service standards.
    Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and local vendors for seamless bookings.
    ✅ Operations & Logistics
    Handle reservations, ticketing, and accommodation arrangements.
     Ensure timely confirmations, payments, and travel document processing.
    Monitor package execution and resolve on-ground issues if any.
    ✅ Client Handling & Customer Support
     Provide expert travel consultation and itinerary suggestions.
    Address customer queries, modifications, and special requests.
    Ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience before, during, and after travel.
    ✅ Vendor & Partner Coordination
    Negotiate with suppliers for the best deals and maintain relationships.
    Update contracts, agreements, and service level expectations.
    ✅ Sales & Revenue Support
    Assist in promoting holiday packages to potential clients.
    Support the sales team with pricing strategies and package updates.
    Upsell additional services like sightseeing, travel insurance, and transfers.
    ✅ Documentation & Reporting
    Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
    Prepare reports on package performance and customer feedback

Job Qualification
  • ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
    ✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    ✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and travel booking tools.
    ✔ Ability to handle multiple clients and ensure smooth coordination.
