Job Description

• The role requires 2-3 years of experience in the tourism industry preferably in B2B. Key responsibilities include having strong market knowledge building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, developing and executing sales strategies, and demonstrating effective negotiation skills for pricing and contracts.

Role and Responsibility

• 1) Identify business opportunities, build relationships with key partners and attend roadshows and tradeshows.

  2) Conduct market reasearch, develop pricing strategies, and create marketing plans for offline and online channels.

  3) Assist with contracting, manage the sales budget, and submitting monthly reports by the 7th.

  4) Servicing agents in South of India, including visitting 1st tier and 2nd tier cities consistently for business development.

  5) Work closely with the operations teams in India and Malaysia, attend meetings, to secure better pricing and visit Malaysia annually for product and strategy updates.

  6) Actively engage with agents throughout the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales inquiries, post-sales follow-ups, and supporting the closing of files/bookings.
