  Job Overview:
  We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Cruise Operations Executive to manage and coordinate cruise bookings, itineraries, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of global cruise lines, destinations, and onboard services, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

Role and Responsibility

• Key Responsibilities:
   Cruise Booking & Package Management
  • Plan, create, and manage cruise holiday packages for various destinations.
  • Handle reservations, ticketing, cabin allocations, and itinerary planning.
  • Coordinate with major cruise lines to ensure the best deals and availability.
   Operations & Logistics Coordination
  Oversee pre-cruise and post-cruise arrangements, and excursions.
  Ensure timely confirmations, payment follow-ups, and travel document processing.
  Address last-minute booking changes and onboard requests efficiently.
   Customer Service & Client Handling
  • Assist customers in selecting the best cruise experience based on their preferences.
  • Provide guidance on visa requirements, cruise policies, and travel insurance.
  • Offer 24/7 support during the cruise journey for any customer concerns.
   Vendor & Partner Management
  • Build strong relationships with cruise liners, travel agents, and local tour operators.
  • Negotiate rates and exclusive cruise package deals.
  Sales & Revenue Optimization
  • Assist the sales team in promoting cruise packages across different platforms.
  • Develop seasonal promotions, discounts, and bundled offers to boost sales.
  • Upsell additional services like shore excursions, onboard experiences, and upgrades.
   Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, commissions, and refunds.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and package offerings.

Job Qualification

• • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or ANY field.
  • 1+ years experience in cruise operations, reservations, or tour management.
  • Strong knowledge of major cruise lines, destinations, and itineraries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and travel booking tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
