You’ll be the go-to expert for leisure travelers—crafting seamless itineraries, handling bookings for air tickets, hotels, and tour packages, and guiding clients through visa processes with confidence and care.

Role and Responsibility

• Key Responsibilities

  • Consult & Convert: Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Understand travel needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Product Expertise: Advise on air ticketing, hotel options, India & international tour packages, and visa services. Stay updated on seasonal trends, deals, and destination insights.
  • Itinerary Design: Build customized travel plans that balance budget, experience, and logistics. Suggest upsells like transfers, insurance, or curated experiences.
  • Booking Execution: Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm reservations. Ensure timely documentation and payment follow-ups.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a warm, professional experience from first contact to post-travel feedback. Handle changes, cancellations, and escalations with grace.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all bookings meet regulatory and internal SOP standards. Minimize errors in documentation and handover.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights, trends, and feedback with the team. Mentor junior advisors when needed.

Job Qualification

• • Graduate from science or commerce streams from approved university.
  • 2-3 years experience in leisure travel advisory or agency sales
  • Strong grasp of OTA platforms and booking processes
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
  • Familiarity with visa documentation and embassy processes
  • Empathy-driven sales approach with a knack for storytelling
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, ms word, excel and google sheets
