  • We are seeking an experienced travel professional to lead our international holiday planning division. The role involves designing innovative travel packages, managing global vendor partnerships, leading a team of planners, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and customer service leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and oversee customized international holiday packages.

    Lead and mentor a team of holiday planners.

    Build and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and destination partners.

    Handle premium clients and ensure superior service delivery.

    Monitor global travel trends and ensure compliance with regulations.

    Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and achieve business targets.

Job Qualification
  • Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s/Master’s in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.

    6–10 years in international travel/holiday planning, with 2–3 years in leadership.

    Strong vendor network and experience in travel software (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

    Skills & Competencies:

    Strategic planning, negotiation, and budgeting skills.

    Leadership and team management abilities.

    Strong communication and client relationship skills.

    Knowledge of visas, international tourism laws, and global destinations.

    Personal Attributes:

    Passionate about travel and customer service.

    Problem-solving and crisis management mindset.

    Adaptable, culturally aware, and commercially driven.
